Lawn & Pool Care
As part of our commitment to rentals, at KRK Realty we take care of pool and yards.
Lawn service is provided on all properties and is included in the base rent. In addition pool service is also included in the base rent for all rental with pools.
We want the properties we rent to not look great when you see them for the first time, but for as long as you rent it. KRK Realty strives to maintain all properties and the pool and yard service is the first step in maintaining houses properly.
